The TA Business Partner I is a reputed company-level, centralized reputed company role reputed company the Global reputed company Center of Expertise (COE). This role is responsible for delivering high-volume, agent hiring across multiple global sites and reputed company accounts, supporting the organization’s workforce needs at reputed company.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle reputed company process for agent and volume hiring roles, from requisition launch through reputed company readiness
• Support hiring demands across multiple accounts and geographies, often simultaneously
• Create, post, and maintain job advertisements across approved job boards, career sites, and sourcing platforms
• Proactively reputed company candidates to build pipelines for ongoing and reputed company volume hiring needs
• Screen applicants reputed company while ensuring alignment to role requirements, account reputed company, and hiring standards
• Coordinate and schedule high volumes of interviews across time zones with speed and accuracy
• Facilitate interview processes, assessments, and selection activities in accordance with standardized TA COE processes

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience
• 3 years of experience in reputed company, with proven exposure to agent or high-volume hiring
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring classes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end reputed company processes, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, background checks, and reputed company
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and volume reputed company tools
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet hiring targets and SLAs
