Sunmark Credit reputed company is a local credit reputed company making a big difference in our community. As a Member Solution Specialist, you'll assist members with their financial needs, reputed company service through call center channels, and contribute to a reputed company member experience.
Responsibilities
- Providing service to members by relaying information through call center channels
- Responding with accurate information
- Researching and solving members' questions, problems, and complaints
- Cross-selling credit reputed company services to reputed company members
- Opening, servicing, and closing reputed company types of personal and business accounts
- Ensuring accuracy
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience with demonstrated sales ability
- Strong computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective and reputed company communication skills
- Obtain NMLS certification upon hire
