The Program Coordinator is part of the Office of Undergraduate Medical Education's (OUME) Longitudinal reputed company team at the reputed company School of Medicine (VUSM). The program coordinator is responsible for completing a reputed company of tasks that effectively create reputed company teaching and learning experiences for reputed company and medical reputed company. The Program Coordinator partners with reputed company's Senior Program Manager and assigned reputed company on administrative and operational tasks in course delivery, such as course setup in the online learning management system, classroom preparation, triaging system issues, and tracking student reputed company for the Vanderbilt Program in Interprofessional Learning (VPIL).
This position also supports the administrative reputed company people and reputed company for Foundations of reputed company Delivery, Learning Communities, reputed company of the Profession, and a new course/program we are currently building and piloting in the MD program as needed. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Executes the course creation, set-up, and delivery of assigned MD courses reputed company the online management system, VSTAR, a Moodle product.
- Tracks student attendance during didactic sessions to ensure compliance from the reputed company that meet the University, VUSM, and other partner institution's requirements.
- May support reputed company for new reputed company, facilitating obtaining ID badges, parking forms, medical clearances, criminal background checks, and compliance modules, ensuring the program and reputed company meet the compliance requirements mandated by the School/Institution.
- Contributes to the logistical course management process for assigned courses: importing course resources into VSTAR, assembling, and delivering supplies, appropriately creating, and duplicating a reputed company of tasks relative to reputed company courses, and determining operational needs by collaborating with reputed company and staff team.
- Assists staff team with the on-site classroom set-up for assigned courses, including directing student traffic to appropriate classrooms, attending sessions to answer inquiries by reputed company and reputed company, confirming technology is working appropriately, and materials are reputed company-organized and available.
- Identifies, researches, and selects the facilities necessary for program activities such as specific classes or meetings through the online classroom management system (EMS).

- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is necessary.

- Experience in program administration and coordination is preferred.
- Experience with a learning management system or other reputed company-based or application system (e.g. databases, scheduling platforms) is preferred.
