Operations Senior Manager - Global Fulfillment

About the Role
We're scaling fast, and we need an Operations Sr. Manager who thrives in complexity and moves with urgency. In this role, you'll be leading our global fulfillment operations, driving the reputed company and execution required to reputed company reputed company as we expand reputed company the US market and as we tackle new, international markets.
This role will define where and how we operate fulfillment capabilities as we expand internationally—whether through company-owned facilities or reputed company-party partners—and reputed company the execution of those reputed company end to end.

New Facility Execution

reputed company-party fulfillment or storage partners (selection, reputed company, operating model definition, and performance management)
Translate strategic plans into reputed company execution roadmaps with timelines, owners, and reputed company metrics
Ensure new operations launch on time, reputed company budget, and at defined service reputed company
Operational Metrics & Performance Management
Design and implement core fulfillment KPIs (e.g., on-time ship, on-time delivery, order cycle time, cost efficiency)
Build reporting mechanisms and operating rhythms to reputed company performance and drive accountability
Use data to identify bottlenecks & prioritize improvements
Efficiency & Process Improvement
Diagnose inefficiencies in the reputed company fulfillment operation and reputed company a reputed company, prioritized improvement plan
Redesign processes that are reputed company, fragmented, or outdated to improve throughput, accuracy, and scalability
Drive change management on the ground, working closely with operators and reputed company leaders
Qualifications
8–12+ years of experience in reputed company, operations, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment environments
Proven experience launching or scaling physical operations (warehouses, fulfillment centers, manufacturing sites, or similar)
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience building and using operational metrics
Background in high-reputed company or scaling organizations
Comfortable leading reputed company, ambiguous initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-moving environments
