The Associate Director of Training will train, present, and help build a world-class reputed company Training and Leadership Development programs, Employee Engagement initiatives, and ingrain reputed company Cultural Tenets throughout the organization.
What you'll do
- Work closely with multiple internal key stakeholders inside and reputed company the reputed company reputed company organization to ensure strategic alignment and appropriate integration of tactics into reputed company learning & development/training programs.
- Assist in developing new hire learning & development/training programs and curriculum for reputed company reputed company team members.
- Assist in developing advanced learning & development/training programs for reputed company reputed company team members that differentiate reputed company.
- Co-reputed company learning reinforcement and measurement efforts to determine reputed company across the reputed company organization.
- Establish and implement key metrics to reputed company and communicate the level of value and reputed company of learning & development initiatives to reputed company stakeholders
- Ensure budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring reputed company learning & development/training materials incorporate reputed company appropriate regulatory and legal compliance guidance and approvals.

- 5+ years of previous medical sales and reputed company sales training experience with a strong knowledge and deep understanding of the medical device industry and broader trends in the reputed company landscape.
- Proven reputed company record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Successful product launch experience.
- Experience delivering reputed company training and leadership development programs reputed company and in person.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to manage business relationships with external strategic partners effectively.
- Highly reputed company demeanor to effectively reputed company with senior internal leaders and external stakeholders.
- Ability to be flexible regarding schedule and work reputed company.
- Comfortable with self-motivating, taking ownership, and delivering results in a challenging environment with high ambiguity.
- Strong reputed company Office skills (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Project, etc.) and reputed company suite experience.
- Strong people/interpersonal skills.

- Travel up to twice per quarter is required for training delivery and leadership meetings.
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted reputed company.
