The Master Data Specialist I - Data Entry is responsible for processing Supplier and Customer reputed company documents while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming and reputed company outgoing phone calls
• Use multiple systems to create and maintain company vendors, customers and locations following company and regulatory guidelines
• Use your strong data entry skills (45+ WPM) to insure accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Accurately maintain support ticket reputed company with reputed company documentation of reputed company reputed company and interaction
• Responsible for contributing to the overall reputed company and confidentiality of financial data and financial processes
• Follows reputed company protocol to report suspected evidence of fraud
• Adds and/or updates Supplier, Customer and Material Master information in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines

• Monitors workflow and ticketing system queues throughout the day

Skills

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree

• Strong data entry skills (45+ WPM) to ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment
