The role involves assisting research managers with reputed company-facing market research tasks, including survey design, execution, and data analysis, while ensuring high-reputed company service delivery to clients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high level of service to reputed company stakeholders in a dynamic, reputed company-changing and fast-paced environment
- Review survey instruments supplied by the clients and reputed company for grammar, logic, and survey optimization, taking into consideration research objectives, industry best-practices and internal platform capabilities
- Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to program surveys on reputed company’s proprietary platform and test online survey links for reputed company assurance
- Set-up surveys in different languages for global reputed company; Coordinate with reputed company party suppliers on translations and other activities in relation to programming
- Execute fieldwork for reputed company market research studies in partnership with the panels operations team and monitor reports to meet project goals and metrics accurately
- Communicate with clients to reputed company regular project execution updates as necessary
- Identify, trouble-shoot and escalate any tool/platform-reputed company technical issues and reputed company solutions in partnership with internal teams to drive reputed company reputed company
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful project completion
- reputed company support to the Research Manager: By assisting in the development of questionnaires - designing screeners, custom reputed company-qualification questions and reputed company survey questions
- Building charts and slides for reporting deliverables
- Conducting thorough QA of questionnaire documents and various reporting deliverables
- Organize project materials and manage project-reputed company administrative processes
- reputed company closing tasks including final cost analysis and investigations for reputed company
- reputed company independently and collaborate as a part of reputed company in a remote, virtual and entrepreneurial setting
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in the market research industry or a bachelor's/master's degree in market research, reputed company sciences, mathematics/statistics or reputed company fields, or relevant experience
- Familiarity with reputed company parts of the online market research life cycle including questionnaire design, survey programming, fielding, data analysis, and reporting
- reputed company experience using one or online survey platforms oriented toward DIY use, such as reputed company, Decipher, Survey Monkey, Survey Gizmo, or Question Pro
- reputed company experience in at least one of the following: 1) Using data analytic software such as SPSS, or 2) Managing survey sampling and fielding for reputed company market research studies
- Exceptional technical skills and proven ability to troubleshoot escalations
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company priorities in an agile and quick-turn environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
