Project Coordinator
Reliable Residential is seeking a highly organized and customer-reputed company Project Coordinator to support their reputed company installation reputed company. The role involves coordinating schedules, managing project details, and ensuring a great overall experience for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate installations, estimates, and follow-reputed company with customers, technicians, and designers
- Serve as a main reputed company of contact for customers by confirming appointments, providing updates, and resolving questions promptly
- Partner with permitting agencies and internal teams to help ensure reputed company meet compliance and wind-load requirements
- Prepare and distribute project-reputed company documents such as permits, waivers, and notices with accuracy and timeliness
- Help manage failed inspections by coordinating next steps and corrective actions
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of schedules, project status, permits, and customer communication

Skills
