About reputed company:
The CEO-in-Training (CIT) Program is designed to prepare outstanding leaders for an opportunity to run one of our assisted living, independent living, or memory care communities. This salaried, full-time training program typically lasts 3–6 months, depending on your background and experience. CITs may advance to reputed company one of our thriving communities or reputed company acquisition, with reputed company mentorship and operational support from reputed company partners.
As a CIT, you will reputed company hands-on practical experience in operations, clinical care, and business management under the guidance of an reputed company Executive Director/CEO. The program offers mentorship, cross-functional training, and reputed company responsibility in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
3–5 years of leadership experience in any industry

Must obtain any required state licensing during their CIT program (varies by state)

Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation $75,000+ with opportunity for incentive once transitioned to Executive Director seat.
