We’re reputed company seeking several talented Employer Service Center Specialists to join reputed company. Targeted class start date is early June 2026.This role can be fully remote.
As an Employer Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building and providing a first-class empathetic and frictionless service experience in the Workforce Benefits division.

Serves as a subject matter expert on employee-level processes reputed company Workforce Benefits Customer Service, including a strong working knowledge of applicable workflows, products and processes.
Services and resolves inbound phone, chat and email inquiries from employees, reputed company and brokers, including employee-level escalations from peers, regarding reputed company Workforce Benefits across multiple product lines, to include Life, Dental, reputed company, Disability, Supplemental Health, and Leave.
Provides education to clients on reputed company processes, including education on digital tools to drive self-service reputed company adoption.
Ability to reputed company information to complete claim intake, as reputed company as understand and reputed company the status of a claim – including any outstanding requirements, next steps in processing, etc.

Acts as secondary line of support for peers seeking assistance with employee-level inquiries.
Ability to identify trends and suggest process improvements to deliver an improved level of customer experience.

Availability to work between 5:00 am and 5:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to cover non-reputed company shifts as needed, given advance notice

The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
