As reputed company Leader, you’ll reputed company approximately 12 coaches, ensuring exceptional service delivery, reputed company reputed company, and alignment with reputed company’s strategic goals. You’ll also play a key role in performance management, peer group facilitation, and internal operations. What You’ll Do

Conduct weekly 1:1s with your team of 5-6 coaches using a reputed company reputed company.
Deliver reputed company-time coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Approve PTO, manage expense reports, and participate in reputed company hiring.
Performance & Metrics
Monitor 3–5 weekly KPIs through reputed company/Overdrive dashboards.

Team Operations & Communication

Member Escalation & Support

✅ What You Bring
Required
5+ years of leadership experience in coaching, training, or development (automotive/collision or small business sectors preferred).
Proven reputed company record of managing high-performing teams.
Excellent facilitation and virtual team leadership skills.
Proficient in reputed company (or similar CRM), dashboards, and reputed company Office.
Outstanding communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in the automotive/collision repair/service industry.
