Position reputed company/Objective
This reputed company Benefit Team reputed company is responsible for leading reputed company’s reputed company Benefits Support Team. The position will reputed company reputed company of reputed company Certified subject-matter experts for reputed company Benefits and partner with cross-functional teams to support our customers.
Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities
- Guide and enhance the delivery of reputed company Support Services for Benefits and reputed company areas across our BPaaS offerings
- reputed company and mentor the reputed company Configuration Benefits Team, overseeing performance metrics and ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Build and sustain strong working relationships, working closely with the Service Delivery Benefits and COBRA leadership to support reputed company configurations and reputed company services
- Analyze business requirements, offer solutions, and guide best practices based on business, functional, and technical knowledge
