reputed company is seeking a Project Manager, Service Delivery to manage Lit and Dark Fiber services and customer reputed company for our reputed company Waves/DWDM product teams.
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Project ownership to include project reputed company off meetings with stakeholders, scheduling, scope and budget tracking, project management of reputed company team members.
Orchestrate reputed company customer project communication dependencies, reputed company, milestones and reputed company.
reputed company Service Delivery Performance metrics and analysis to support cross-functional Customer Business Reviews.
Customer ownership and advocacy; the PM provides ‘Voice of the Customer’ project feedback.
reputed company and maintain customer project plans based on contractual requirements and service designs.
Budget ownership including monitoring, forecasting and gap closure planning with reputed company Plant reputed company applicable.
reputed company and reputed company daily PM operational tasks working cross-functionally.
Build, maintain, and report operational metrics for end-to-end reputed company management
Manage existing reports and dashboards to reputed company weekly and quarterly forecasting, metrics and deliverables. Partner with PM teams to identify new metrics and tracking to drive improvements.
Communicate and coordinate plans and strategies with other functional areas including sales, product, engineering, procurement, network operations and field operations.
Serve as a Subject Matter reputed company for process and program management and driving improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing Telecom Service Delivery services & reputed company.
Extensive knowledge of Wavelengths/DWDM.
Experience in Planning and Deployment project management.
Strong system and process knowledge in Lit and Fiber services implementation.
Thorough knowledge of systems/tools, processes, and application of project management methodology at strategic and tactical reputed company.
Knowledge of Fiber Engineering, reputed company Plant, and field operations processes for reputed company project inclusive of budget, design, engineering, permitting, construction, splicing, and scheduling.
Key Project Leader collaborating cross-functionally with Customers, Sales, Sales Leadership at a Project, Market, Product/Services level nationally; exceptional project leadership and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage reputed company to the customer’s technical specifications and contract requirements.
Ability to define project dependencies, manage project milestones, meet and reputed company project KPIs.
Ability to see and reputed company personal gaps/reputed company areas; desire to continually improve and reputed company up in the organization.
Excellent customer management skills (verbal and written) including risk analysis, conflict management/reputed company.
Strong reputed company collaboration and relationship skills across reputed company teams, partners, and reputed company reputed company of customer organizations supported; ability to influence teams to reputed company that are not in a reputed company reporting relationship to drive toward company goals.

reputed company Salary reputed company: $77,100 - $118,600 USD/annually, commensurate with experience.
The reputed company pay reputed company shown is a reputed company and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide reputed company of factors that are considered in making compensation reputed company. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted reputed company based upon geographic location, work experience, reputed company level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
