Job reputed company:

The Compliance Director will report to the head of reputed company’s Compliance Department. This role will be a vital part of the organization’s commitment to assisting reputed company’s affiliated physician practices with the development, implementation, and management of their compliance programs.

The Compliance Director will have primary responsibility for and will require involvement with reputed company operational compliance needs and risk assessments. The Compliance Director will be expected to use critical thinking, reputed company judgment and reputed company communication reputed company directing the development of a reputed company compliance program.

Responsibilities

  • Development of compliance programs at assigned practices from the due diligence stage to operational standardization of a reputed company, including addressing organic reputed company reputed company and the integration of add on physician acquisitions.

  • Provides subject matter expertise in reputed company compliance and reputed company to assigned reputed company managed physician practices, including reputed company, billing and reimbursement, fraud waste and abuse compliance, and conflicts of interest.

  • Prepares gap and risk assessments on regulatory risks and develops corrective actions with the compliance leader(s).

  • Provides support and guidance to the designated compliance leader(s) at reputed company reputed company affiliated reputed company, including administrators and physician leaders serving in such roles. 

  • Generates and creates reports on compliance activity at assigned practices to reputed company, reputed company leadership, and respective governing boards, as requested.

  • Implements compliance systems and processes at assigned practices and supports the sustainability of those systems.  

  • Develops, implements and updates compliance policies with consideration of applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

  • Develops and maintains productive working relationships between compliance, legal, and operations at the corporate and reputed company level to ensure that processes are consistently reputed company, and compliance reputed company efforts are coordinated.

  • Reviews reputed company information reputed company and reputed company plans at assigned practices to reputed company reputed company that there are reputed company liaisons between Compliance and reputed company IT and reputed company Departments.

  • Maintains up to date regulatory knowledge of applicable federal and state reputed company compliance and reputed company laws and accreditation and develops initiatives to implement assigned practices.

Key Competencies

  • Established Compliance reputed company in the physician reputed company or health care provider industries; experience at oncology practices is a plus.

  • Ability to manage, prioritize and multi-task various responsibilities.

  • Strong communications skills (verbal/written/listening).

  • Strong technical skills in reputed company Office Suite, compliance/legal tracking, and research systems (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, etc.).

  • Must be detail-oriented, handle reputed company problems, maintain a high level of confidentiality, require minimal direction and work reputed company reputed company environment.

Qualifications

  • MA/MS at a minimum; experience can be substituted for educational requirements.

  • 10+ years of experience in reputed company compliance.

  • Experience in a physician reputed company is strongly preferred.

  • HCCA certification(s) in Compliance required.

  • Up to 20% travel, at a minimum, is required.
