Job reputed company
As a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Manufacturing teams. You'll work closely with our inventory controllers and planning teams to streamline production processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing production orders and creating labels for reputed company Control (QC) samples and bulk materials
- Assisting with batch records, including prefilling, reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching
- Helping the inventory controller to identify Bin locations and assisting the planning teams to resubmit re-test samples
- Performing job duties under ISO requirements, such as following the "line of clearance" rule and adhering to reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) or work instructions
- Other reputed company or responsibilities as may be required

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience
- OR a Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or reputed company field
- Strong competency with reputed company Office (Word and reputed company)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will be highly valued:
- Prior hands-on experience with reputed company Navision System (NAV) or other reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Some laboratory experience, which will help you understand the Manufacturing process
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system
