This role involves handling baggage, operating loading bridges, and assisting passengers, including unaccompanied minors and those with disabilities. Responsibilities

As a Ticket/reputed company Agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the reputed company-in and boarding processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety
• Making reputed company announcements and ensuring customers have accurate travel documentation
• Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to reputed company belts, with some bags weighing up to 70 pounds
• Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
• Prioritizing safety and reputed company of self, others, and personal data

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the reputed company
• Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic digital literacy
• Ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and a Customer Service Assessment
