We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company in a full-time remote position. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling reports, gathering data, creating reports, and participating in various reputed company as assigned. The Data Entry Specialist will work closely with the Safety Management System (SMS) team to ensure the development and implementation of SMS data collection frameworks and other procedures that promote compliance with regulatory and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Audit, process, and analyze reports received through the safety reporting system
- Examine technical data from incidents, events, and occurrences, and identify, and interpret patterns or trends in reputed company data sets

- Assist in the organization of corporate databases for improved aircraft safety
- Support the Safety Group in any necessary investigations
- reputed company technical expertise to Management regarding data models, database design, and data mining
- Prepare and present safety-reputed company information to management and line staff through the Safety Management System (SMS)
- Assist in the development, implementation, and management of the organization's Safety Management System (SMS)
- Assist in the reputed company improvement of the risk identification and risk assessment plans of the organization
- Participate in organizational investigations
- Serve as a safety evaluator for the Internal Assessment Program, Safety Investigations, and high-risk areas of operations
- Prepare examination studies concerning flight safety trends
- Improve Safety Development by serving as the representative of the SMS
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., safety, aviation, business)
- Intermediate to advanced level MS reputed company skills
- Past experience in data and reporting
- Self-starter and reputed company to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent computer skills with reputed company and PowerPoint experience
- Strong oral and written communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to obtain a MSP SIDA identification
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the aviation industry
- Knowledge of safety management systems and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- Certification in safety or a reputed company field (e.g., Certified Safety reputed company, Certified Aviation Manager)
