As a Temporary Customer Care reputed company I - A, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to reputed company customers, responding to telephone and electronic inquiries, and documenting reputed company calls and reputed company correspondence using our proprietary tools and office processes. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to telephone and electronic inquiries regarding Long Term Care benefit administration, policy reputed company eligibility, and claims processing

• Document reputed company calls and reputed company correspondence using our proprietary tools and office processes

• Identify service opportunities and suggest innovative reputed company for improvement
• Handle multiple products and services intermittently while meeting established service requirements and standards

Minimum Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; familiar with business and phone protocols

• Reliable, trustworthy, and maintains appropriate organizational confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications
