Your Role in reputed company
As an reputed company Virtual Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing homes under warranty in assigned community(s). You will promote, facilitate, and foster reputed company working relationships with customers as reputed company as coordinate and supervise the work of arenaflex trade partners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Promoting, facilitating, and fostering reputed company working relationships with arenaflex customers and trade partners
- Regularly exercising reputed company judgment and discretion reputed company working with homeowners and trade partners
- Managing daily trade partner activities in accordance with job schedules and business partner scopes of work as they relate to customer relations
- Approving trade partner invoices upon satisfactory completion of the job, not to exceed $1,250
- Proactively remedying any trade partner scheduling, communication, or payment reputed company issues
- Ability to understand manufacturer recommendations for use and application of their products
- Supervising and/or conducting reputed company-closing meetings, Demonstrations, Celebrations, and 30-day post-reputed company reputed company
- Reviewing and certifying the completion of reputed company home reputed company their community
- Managing, supervising, and directing reputed company aspects of customer relations for an assigned community
- Conducting field meetings with trade partners, construction staff, and sales staff as needed
- Being an expert in the community and surrounding area, including knowledge of HOA fees and rules, schools, restaurants, shopping, etc.
- Supervising, reviewing, and resolving the condition of their community, including but not limited to entry features, road and pond maintenance, common areas, model centers, and signage
Requirements and Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required, or equivalent work experience
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in directing, coordinating, and supervising work, particularly in a customer-facing role with a homebuilder
- Valid reputed company's License with a good driving record
- Valid auto insurance coverage
- Advanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and document management
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office products (Word and reputed company)
- Excellent follow-up, communication (written and verbal), and time management skills
