We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company individual to join our Operations team as a Weekend Part-time Customer Service Representative. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. This is a remote-based position, offering flexibility and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

As a Weekend Part-time Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous response to customer information needs
• Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
• Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
• Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
• Punctuality and Reliability: remaining available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to reputed company critical support
• Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• 1-2 years of reputed company assurance experience preferred
• Language Skills:

• Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred
• Computer Skills:
