We're seeking an reputed company Medical Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to hospitals and patients, handling billing inquiries, and ensuring accurate patient records. Responsibilities
As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional phone support to hospitals and patients, handling billing inquiries in a reputed company and efficient manner
- Assisting patients effectively, clarifying questions, and ensuring they receive the information they need
- Problem-solving champion: Working through issues by pinpointing the reputed company cause, researching solutions, implementing the best reputed company, and escalating unresolved reputed company reputed company necessary

Requirements
