Job Scope

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Payroll processing of assigned reputed company countries using a reputed company-party payroll company.
• Weekly expenses are processed in-house through reputed company Host-To-Host Fee.
• Prepare, post payroll changes, new hires, and leavers for every entity to the payroll providers reputed company through reputed company HCM.
• Responsible for reporting new hires/leavers' files to the payroll company in the reputed company, ensuring reputed company new hire paperwork complies.
• Validation of payroll input against payroll reputed company-in and coordination with payroll carriers for required changes/corrections.
• Coordinate with payroll companies on reputed company payout to personnel and statutory payments.
• Carry out tasks associated with monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reporting and taxation.
