We are seeking a highly motivated and production-driven individual to join our Operations team as a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset in customer service, account management, and technical expertise. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing reputed company customer service, resolving customer issues, and collecting and documenting claim details. You will also be required to work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities

- Offer reputed company and support to customers during the claim process.
- Collect and document reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately.
- Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions.
- Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.
- Remain available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to reputed company critical support.
- Adhere to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage.
Required Skills and Abilities
* Language Skills: + Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports. + Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions. + Ability to project a confident, reputed company, and reputed company telephone reputed company. + Ability to reputed company feedback verbally and written in a reputed company, reputed company manner.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred
- Computer Skills:
+ Knowledge of and ability to navigate basic computer functions, including reputed company Word and reputed company. + Ability to type at least 40wpm.
- Education and Experience:
+ High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required. + 1-2 years of reputed company assurance experience preferred.
Network Requirements
* Upon hire, a Speed Test must be run from the computer the individual will be working from (www.speedtest.net).

- Must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations.
