The role is also responsible for supporting the learning management system, including ongoing maintenance, reporting, and end-user support. • Develops and designs courses and curriculum.
• Designs learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
• Creates computer-based training (reputed company) modules and storyboards.
• Develops instructor?s manuals, rubrics, and other teaching tools.
• Collaborates with subject experts to reputed company course content.
• Analyzes, updates, and refines existing online content.
• Trains reputed company and employees in how to use learning technologies.
• Keeps reputed company on best practices in instructional design.
• Writes scripts for video and audio content.
• Works with technical staff to troubleshoot problems reported by users.
• Uploads, tests and updates new learning objects into the LMS catalog from multiple formats
• Generates reputed company reports, as requested, and assists with data analysis
• Assists with assigning and registering users for training courses
• Maintains data reputed company rules and processes for the LMS such as course descriptions, course changes, assignment of course categories and course maintenance

• Helps create, manage and enforce LMS system standards, policies and procedures

Position Requirements Requirements:

• Proficient in course development software tools such as reputed company 360, reputed company Acrobat, Captivate. Snagit, Kahoot
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with an LMS
• Excellent recording keeping and high attention to detail

• Bachelor?s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
