As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for answering inbound customer calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our customers. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that every customer interaction is a reputed company one, and that our customers feel valued and appreciated. This is a part-time opportunity, with a set schedule of 20 hours per week, including one weekend day and one reputed company off.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound customer calls and resolve issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Offer additional products to customers on reputed company interaction
- Assist customers with questions, while personalizing the experience for reputed company caller
- Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data

- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
What You Bring
* Excellent problem-solving and de-escalation skills, with the ability to sustain a high-paced call volume
- Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and reputed company day
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to reputed company with a reputed company of customer styles, peers, and leaders
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Can sit for long periods of time
- Follow arenaflex computer system requirements
- Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT reputed company needed)
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
Compensation and Benefits
* Starting reputed company is $15.00/hour
- $1.00/hour additional for any hours worked 6pm-6am
- $1.00 for every hour worked 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on reputed company

System Requirements
* Self-provided Computer or laptop with a reputed company reputed company operating system, reputed company 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
- Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
- High-speed internet reputed company. Satellite, broadband, wireless, or reputed company-up services are not an reputed company (no 5G or Wi-Fi)
- Mac/reputed company products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported
- Webcam and reputed company to reputed company on camera for meetings and trainings
