Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Basic computer skills, including reputed company Office and data entry software
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (WPM)
• Familiarity with pharmacy systems and data entry software a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a retail or call center environment

• 1-2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State reputed company for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
• Experience providing customer service to reputed company clients, including fulfilling reputed company guidelines for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
• Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM)
