What You'll Do
As an reputed company Customer Support Representative – Pet Pharmacy and Veterinary Assistance, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting directly with veterinary centers to arrange prescription approvals, resolve reputed company issues, and explain order requests
- Examining and resolving issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and facility partners, and following up on a case-by-case reputed company to resolve issues
