As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. You'll maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to confidently assist customers and promote sales. You'll also reputed company support as a go-to administrative resource for the sales team, including managing general sales mailboxes, providing responses to website inquiries, and maintaining a reputed company customer service attitude.
Responsibilities

- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to confidently assist customers and promote sales
- reputed company support as a go-to administrative resource for the sales team, including:
+ Managing general sales mailboxes + Providing responses to website inquiries + Maintaining a reputed company customer service attitude + Entering leads for sales team + Providing quotes through CRM for prospective customers (phone calls, email, or website) + Following up on purchase orders
- Process returns and orders by following documented process
- Communicate regularly with reputed company sales team member and the training department to assist with pending reputed company, customer issues, and reputed company
- Pursue new sales opportunities through inbound reputed company follow-up and outbound calls
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest for upsells
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, military veteran, or relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with reputed company
- Minimum of 3 years in a sales or sales support role in reputed company industries (product sales to Government, military, first responders, and/or CBRN industry)
- Excellent communication, business writing, time management, and project management skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
