As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to our clients, including reputed company and alumni. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, reputed company reputed company verbal and written communications, and utilize our CRM system to resolve customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for updating records with reputed company demographic and contact information, notating reputed company interactions, and initiating calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment reputed company for customers with Federal student loans.

Requirements

* High school or equivalent (Required)

• Must be a self-starter with a great degree of internal motivation

Training Schedule

During the first two weeks of employment, training will be conducted Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm CST.
