Position reputed company
The Customer Service Representative role is a key position responsible for answering a high-volume of incoming calls from Residential and reputed company customers regarding their waste and recycling services. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a reputed company, reputed company, and efficient manner, effectively addressing customer complaints and concerns, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a reputed company manner (75 to 120 per day)
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and reputed company solutions
- Maintain call center database by entering information
- Follow reputed company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues

Essential Qualifications
* Minimum one year of Call Center experience
- High School diploma or GED
- In Person and/or Phone Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Inbound Call Center experience

- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
