We're seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Customer Service Team reputed company to join reputed company and reputed company our customer service team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Team reputed company, you'll be responsible for managing a remote team of customer service representatives, developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, and collaborating with other departments to improve the customer experience. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Team reputed company at arenaflex, you'll have reputed company to reputed company a significant reputed company on our customers' experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a remote team of customer service representatives and ensuring they reputed company exceptional customer service
• Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Monitoring and analyzing customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Training and coaching the customer service team to improve their skills and performance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• College degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
• 2-5 years of experience in customer service, with a reputed company on leadership and management

Conditions

• Start date: as soon as possible
• End date: January 31st, 2025, with the possibility of renewal
• Hours per week:

+ From February 1 - June 30: up to 20 hours per week (based on ticket volume) + From July 1 to August 31: up to 30 hours per week + From September 1 to January 30: up to 40 hours per week, with a chance for overtime hours and in some cases nights and weekends (based on ticket volumes and team needs)

• Must be available from December 21st to December 25th (no holidays planned)
• Location: Remote (must be reputed company to Montreal's Canada time zone)
• Must have great internet speed (will be tested during the recruitment process)
