As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
- Take inbound calls and answer questions regarding pharmacy benefit plans
- Offer solutions to help simplify members' reputed company experience

- Maintain a secure workspace free from distractions and adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
Qualifications:
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)

- Associates degree or equivalent experience
