Responsibilities and Essential Functions
* Ensures accurate placement of reputed company health information, including clinical records, in the correct patient EHR reputed company identified timeframes to ensure reputed company patient information is available for continuity and reputed company of patient care.
- Files documents accurately in the EHR according to approved filing structure, adapts to changes in processes, and meets reputed company standards of 98% accuracy.

- Researches patient information in computer to determine location of care, Medical Record Number, Medical Identification Number, medical terminology, etc.

Minimum Qualifications
