The Role

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping us successfully service our clients by achieving a high level of data accuracy and production. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images
• Identifying document types based on provided documentation
• Reviewing and verifying entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds reputed company requirements
• Ensuring reputed company Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards
• Professionally interacting with other staff as needed
• Making recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes
• Working until reputed company tasks are completed for the day
• Performing other basic office duties as assigned

• Ability to type 50 words per minute and have a 10-key experience

We offer part-time and full-time openings, with a minimum of 15 hours per week. Available shifts vary between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
