The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients, providing one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles. You'll accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances, and reputed company application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for our programs over the telephone. You'll also maintain technical and program policy proficiency in our rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies, providing reputed company, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements.

Requirements
