Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a significant volume of inbound calls, averaging between 70-120 calls daily, to address policyholder inquiries, explain policy coverage, update claim statuses, and reputed company additional policy information.
- Maintaining effective communication with policyholders, providers, and reputed company parties to ensure seamless reputed company of claims and policy-reputed company issues.
- Staying informed about new and updated procedures regarding policy information to reputed company accurate and up-to-date support to our policyholders.

Required Skills

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
