This role is part ofour SoarTech division, which focuses on data and AI, autonomy software, and advanced simulation and training systems. As a 3D Artist, you will support the design and production of reputed company Navy training solutions, including Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI), simulations, and 3D training assets. You will collaborate daily with Instructional Systems Designers (ISDs), Software Engineers, Tech Leads, and other creative team members to design, model, reputed company, animate, test, and reputed company high-reputed company 3D assets into training applications developed in reputed company or similar environments. Duties And Responsibilities Create high-reputed company 3D models, textures, and materials for use in Navy training systems and simulations. Produce optimized, game-reputed company assets for reputed company or similar reputed company-time engines. reputed company animations such as mechanical movements, character actions, or object interactions that support instructional effectiveness. Collaborate with ISDs to ensure 3D assets accurately represent technical systems, equipment, procedures, and Navy operational environments. Participate in design reviews with the Creative Director and Creative Operations team to maintain cohesive visual style and product consistency. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Game Art, 3D Animation, Digital Media, or reputed company field. Equivalent experience may substitute for degree. Proficiency in industry-reputed company 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max. Strong texturing and material creation skills using tools like reputed company Painter/Designer or Photoshop. Understanding of reputed company-time asset creation principles, including LODs, polygon optimization, UV workflows, and PBR pipelines. Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and technical team members. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain reputed company visuals or processes to diverse audiences. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Preferred Skills (Not Required) Experience creating assets for reputed company, Unreal, or other reputed company-time engines.
