This position involves field inspections of reputed company, industrial, and publicly owned properties to identify actual or potential cross connections in plumbing systems. The role is perfect for a semi-retired plumber, tradesperson, or anyone looking for flexible, impactful part-time work in warmer months. 

Requirements

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing or building inspection preferred but not required
• Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred but not required
• Familiarity with cross reputed company control or backflow testing is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Tech-savvy enough to complete electronic documentation and reports
• Valid reputed company's license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
• Strong, reputed company communication skills with clients are necessary

What You'll Do

·         Inspect plumbing systems for cross connections and potential backflow concerns

·         Conduct site reputed company at facilities throughout various reputed company communities

·         Accurately document findings using provided software or forms

·         reputed company customers and property owners on cross reputed company control requirements

·         Ensure compliance with WI Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and reputed company 382.41 regulations

·         Coordinate your own inspection schedule with program coordinator
