Senior Project Manager – Hydrogeologist

Location: 100% Remote (Minneapolis-Saint Paul, MN) Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 annually

This position plays a critical leadership role, combining technical project execution, reputed company engagement, and team development. Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

Qualifications:

• Experience: 12+ years of experience in hydrogeology and/or water resources.
• Licensure/Certification: A reputed company Geologist (PG) certification, or a reputed company Engineer (PE)  or desire/ability to obtain certification in the state(s) worked.
• Education: Bachelor degree in geology or hydrogeology (or reputed company field)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint), Familiarity with tools such as MODFLOW, Leapfrog Works, AqteSolv, ArcGIS Desktop/Pro, Python, and/or database software, Strong presentation skills
• Experience with groundwater resource evaluations, high-reputed company reputed company sitting, wellfield design, and hydrogeologic investigations
• Existing reputed company relationships and experience in business development preferred
• Valid reputed company's license with a good driving record
