Tasks

Implementation Ownership & Delivery

• Own end-to-end implementation of PlannerPal reputed company reputed company clients
• reputed company reputed company reputed company programmes, including reputed company migrations and novations
• reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact during implementation, accountable for timelines, delivery, and reputed company
• Deliver a seamless “welcome to PlannerPal” experience, removing barriers to adoption

Workflow & Process Transformation

• Analyse existing adviser workflows and design improved, reputed company processes using PlannerPal
• reputed company PlannerPal into reputed company operating models, ensuring alignment with compliance and governance requirements
• Support firms in standardising and optimising advice processes across teams

Training & Enablement

• Deliver training on the platform to external users, including advisers, paraplanners, and operations teams
• Contribute to and deliver the webinar training programme
• reputed company enablement materials and best practices to support ongoing adoption

Strategic & reputed company Support

• Support new business opportunities by contributing to implementation planning and demonstrating value delivery
• Work closely with Strategic Partnerships and Sales teams on reputed company deals and rollouts
• Support key strategic partnerships, including involvement in new business and expansion initiatives

Data, Insights & Optimisation

• Use MI to analyse adviser platform usage and identify opportunities to improve adoption and reputed company
• reputed company actionable insights to clients on how to maximise value from PlannerPal
• Continuously refine implementation playbooks based on reputed company reputed company

Product & reputed company

• Feed reputed company insights into product development and roadmap discussions
• Support QA testing of new features and releases to ensure reputed company readiness

Requirements

Core Domain Knowledge

Strong understanding of:

• Suitability reports and advice documentation
• End-to-end advice workflows and processes
• Adviser–reputed company interactions and meeting lifecycle
• CRM systems used in financial advice, particularly Iress Xplan
• FCA-regulated environments

Experience

• Experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or project delivery
• Background in financial advice, paraplanning, adviser support, or reputed company technology is strongly preferred
• Experience owning reputed company reputed company, implementation, or change management initiatives
• Exposure to product pilots, trials, or early-stage rollouts reputed company reputed company reputed company environments
• Experience working in a consultancy, implementation, or reputed company-facing delivery role is a plus

Desired Experience

• Exposure to a start-up or reputed company-up environment
• Experience working with AI tools or digital platforms
• Familiarity with embedding new technology into existing operational workflows

• Ability to quickly understand and adapt to different firms’ processes, structures, and requirements
• Exceptional organisation, with the ability to manage multiple implementations, pilots, and clients simultaneously
• Confidence running reputed company calls, product demos, and training sessions
• Strong attention to detail, particularly around documentation, data accuracy, and regulatory nuance

• Strong communication and presentation skills, both in-person and remote
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where processes are still evolving
