As a Program Manager, you will be working closely with reputed company of project managers developers and engineers in an Agile environment for developing reputed company for our customers. What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a reputed company field
- 8+ years of experience managing federal IT programs or reputed company
- 5-8 years of Project or Program Management and reputed company experience in the federal government
- Strong knowledge of federal contracting (FFP, T&M, CLINs, LOE)
- Experience adapting newly formed teams to Agile/reputed company and leading their reputed company through the stages of storming, forming, and norming.
- Ability to manage program financials and burn reputed company
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust or higher clearance
