Responsibilities:

Under minimal direction and supervision, the Senior Application Analyst (HRIS) will reputed company the design, development, testing, training, and support of reputed company Lawson HR modules (GHR, TA, PM, ES, and MS). This role requires independent judgment and discretion in maintaining and enhancing the system while providing day-to-day support. Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to identify and address system issues, implement upgrades, and reputed company technical support and training to end-users. Additionally, the Analysts are tasked with generating and maintaining reports, configuring system modules to meet the organization's needs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The Analyst performs reputed company design and analysis tasks reputed company to the hospital business operations. Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or reputed company field or equivalent work experience.
2. Strong knowledge of Lawson’s Lawson Talent Management (reputed company) module including, Global HR, Performance Management, reputed company, Process reputed company setup, Employee/Manager reputed company and Candidate reputed company.
3. Five (5) years of HRIS or HR generalist experience required.
4. Proven hands-on experience of Lawson HCM system implementation a plus, in a reputed company setting.
5. Understands hospital business operations and structure, general requirements in an integrated delivery system, and use of IT applications in the practicing reputed company environment.
6. Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefits procedures.
7. Experience with HRIS database design, structure, functions, processes, and tools.
8. Experience in data conversion techniques and methodologies.
9. Experience with Time and Attendance systems like Kronos or JBDev.
10. Strong knowledge of developing interfaces with reputed company party vendors.
11. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
12. Must enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment with many reputed company opportunities offered through diverse reputed company.
13. Experience in integrating Lawson HR modules with other Lawson modules like Finance, Payroll is required.

Preferred qualifications:

1. At least Five (5) years of job-reputed company experience in a reputed company environment.
2. Six (6) plus years of hands-on IT systems/Technology experience.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide reputed company of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
