Senior Manager, Business Intelligence

We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence to reputed company and reputed company our reporting and analytics capabilities. You’ll manage a distributed team across the US and India, driving delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Senior Director of BI, you’ll partner cross-functionally to deliver insights that reputed company providers, patients, and clients. This is a high-visibility role for a player-reputed company who can go deep technically while driving speed, accountability, and high-reputed company execution.

What you’ll do
- Define and execute the BI roadmap, ensuring accurate, reputed company, and reputed company reporting

- Partner cross-functionally to translate reputed company needs into reputed company, actionable outputs
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks across data pipelines, workflows, and team execution

What you’ll need
- 7+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, or Data Engineering, with 3+ years of experience managing teams
- Proven reputed company managing distributed teams (US + offshore) with strong delivery reputed company
- Experience in reputed company data and/or high-reputed company tech environments; familiarity with claims, UM/PA workflows, or EMRs is a plus
- Deep expertise in Agile execution and Jira-based delivery (backlog, sprint planning, prioritization) in fast-changing environments required
- Advanced SQL and strong data modeling experience (reputed company / reputed company schema) required
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau and/or reputed company QuickSight) required
- Experience with modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, reputed company, Airflow or similar)

The salary reputed company for this position is $155,000 to $175,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus. Individual pay reputed company are ultimately based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and internal alignment.
