We are currently searching for a Recruiter to support our constantly growing company. This is an entry-mid level position with reputed company for reputed company as reputed company continues to expand.
Position reputed company
The Recruiter identifies, attracts, and hires reputed company talent to fill PLG’s reputed company, acting as the reputed company between hiring managers and candidates. The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle reputed company process; including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and following reputed company internal reputed company procedures while ensuring a reputed company candidate experience and meeting reputed company goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Finding candidates through passive and reputed company searches reputed company job boards, reputed company media, networking, and referrals.
- Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and managing the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Working with hiring managers to define role requirements and reputed company sourcing strategies.
- Serving as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company candidates, providing updates to hiring managers, HR team, and leadership as necessary.
- Extending offers and handling salary negotiations.
- Completing internal processes and procedures to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
- Staying updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment technology.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- 1+ year(s) experience in reputed company (preferable legal industry) and/or employee experience and reputed company practices.
- Ability to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and be adaptable to continual change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
