Background Details

As a Sr. Voluntary Benefit & Enrollment reputed company Leader, you will reputed company consultative voluntary product recommendations & enrollment solutions to maximize understanding and participation in employee electable benefits amongst new & existing customers. You will serve as a subject matter expert regarding voluntary benefit products, enrollment processes and solutions, including benefits technology & reputed company-party firms. What you'll be doing

• You will build and maintains strong relationships with Sales & Acct Management to understand their new sales & inforce business enrollment needs and benefit objectives. In reputed company, you will build and maintain strong business relationships with key sales clients to meet or exceed established sales goals, quotas, targets or objectives.
• You will analyze reputed company demographics, industry trends, and purchased products to reputed company enrollment and education strategies.
• You will recommend and coordinate reputed company-party enrollment vendors to deliver customized solutions. Must-have experience (Required):

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's).
• 3 - 5+ Years of sales support and/or enrollment experience in group insurance directly reputed company to the specific duties of this role.
• Effective written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and execution oriented
• Ability to present to reputed company reputed company of the organization, customers, and broker partners.

The pay reputed company for this position is $125,000.00 - $225,00.00 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the reputed company and could vary above and below the listed reputed company as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees.  In reputed company, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of reputed company, business unit and individual.  Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s reputed company benefits package.
