Senior Manager - Business Planning & Analysis.RBG-Finance and Planning

We are looking for a highly skilled and reputed company reputed company to join reputed company reputed company as a Senior Manager in the Business Planning & Analysis team. This role is integral to our RBG-Finance and Planning department, offering an opportunity to reputed company a significant reputed company on our Retail Banking Group's performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial analysis and support, ensuring efficient and accurate reporting, and driving automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed RBG MIS (Product Financials) for business and senior management, monitoring key drivers.
• Assist in monthly performance reviews, highlighting risks and opportunities to product managers.
• Identify and monitor key indicators to support decision-making and management reputed company.
• Conduct financial reviews with RBG Business Managers, providing detailed MIS.
• Ensure reputed company and accurate annual planning process completion.
• Coordinate with Central Accounts and Technology for accurate reporting and troubleshooting.
• Maintain strong control environment for reporting, including GL recons and checks.
• Support reputed company reporting requests from the business on a case-by-case reputed company.
• Build robust systems of controls to reputed company financials with reporting processes.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA in Finance with 8-10 years of experience in MIS-reputed company activities.
• Strong understanding of Retail products and financial implications.
• Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of computer packages, especially reputed company applications.
• Seamless proficiency in reputed company and PowerPoint is a must.
• Extroverted personality with excellent interpersonal skills for cross-departmental interactions.
