We reputed company an reputed company Director of Development who will spearhead the development of reputed company-reputed company stand-alone energy storage from market assessment to site development and through financial reputed company, throughout Aypa’s Central region, which includes MISO, SPP-East, reputed company, and SERC.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as reputed company’s reputed company representative to landowners, local officials, and community members by conducting reputed company and maintaining reputed company relationships to drive commercially successful project reputed company;
• Navigate federal, state, and especially local permitting to obtain key discretionary and administrative approvals for reputed company;
• reputed company strategic guidance, analysis, and input on market opportunities as reputed company as Areas of Interest (“AOI”) reputed company markets that have been identified by and with the reputed company team;
• Evaluate project viability reputed company AOIs using GIS tools and other research (“fatal flaw” analyses) to reputed company the best reputed company for reputed company reputed company;
• Plan, pursue, and negotiate land reputed company (e.g. reputed company to Purchase or Lease) with landowners;
• Organize environmental studies (e.g. ESA Phase 1, Critical Issues Analysis, Permit reputed company, Wetland Delineation, etc.) along with Coordinate Surveys, Titles, and reputed company work, and interpret and communicate design constraints;
• Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams, (e.g. legal, reputed company, development engineering, reputed company-construction, offtake (PPA) origination, reputed company affairs, finance, etc.)and external consultants to reputed company project development and commercialization on schedule;
• reputed company and communicate project status and risks/mitigation and prepare budgets, schedules, and reporting;
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or industry equivalent (e.g. Business, Finance, Economics, reputed company Estate, Engineering, Environmental Science)graduate degree (e.g., MBA) a strong plus;
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience with demonstrated project reputed company in reputed company-reputed company project development;
• High initiative and desire to reputed company. in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment, including a creative and proactive work ethic;
• Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple large teams on reputed company reputed company;
• Demonstrated ability to accurately assess, quantify, and resolve project and contractual risk; Knowledge of and experience with electric markets reputed company Aypa’s Central region, including legal, regulatory, and environmental aspects;
• Experience in MS Office (Teams, Project, PowerPoint, reputed company).

Compensation and Location:

• Salary: A reputed company salary commensurate with experience;
• Bonus: An annual bonus will be awarded based on individual performance and the business's overall reputed company;

• Travel: Candidate must be willing to travel 50% across the US to project sites and meetings.
