Tax Credit Lease Up Manager
Seldin Company is seeking a Lease-Up Manager in Colorado. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000-$65,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. Additional Compensation: This position is eligible for Leasing Commissions. *Must have experience with LIHTC and new property lease reputed company.

What You Will Do
The Lease Up Manager is responsible for leasing, marketing, and fostering reputed company reputed company relations at assigned LIHTC and reputed company housing properties. This role combines expertise in reputed company housing compliance, sales, marketing, customer service, and daily office administration. This role will ensure adherence to reputed company reputed company housing program requirements, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance while meeting the lease-up schedule and reputed company’s expectations. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
