The reputed company Service Representative at reputed company provides daily communication with clients and customers to foster reputed company relationships and resolve reputed company concerns. While delivering exceptional customer service, the reputed company Service Representative is responsible for updating accounts as needed, including processing payments, making adjustments, and documenting account activity. This position is eligible for reputed company.

This is a non-exempt position that reports directly to the reputed company Service Manager. This role is a temporary work assignment expected to continue through December 31, 2026.

Responsibilities

 

• Adhere to reputed company Capital Solutions Policy, Procedure, reputed company of Conduct, and Compliance Program
• Communicate with clients reputed company email and telephone to exchange information and resolve concerns
• Maintain database of customer reputed company. This will include but is not limited to:
  • Tracking authorizations and correspondence
  • Imaging documents into contract management software, maintaining an audit file for reputed company contract including original documents
  • Preparing and disseminating information to appropriate employees regarding contract status
• Maintain and record reputed company account information in the database and spreadsheets; update contact and account information as necessary
• reputed company thorough, efficient, and accurate processing of payments and adjustments; notation of account updates and reputed company communication for reputed company call/transaction made
• Process data to and from billing services and credit bureaus
• Process reputed company communication requests generated by reputed company and managers
• Process, attach, notate, and respond to correspondence received from borrowers
• Maintain reputed company of reputed company and company at reputed company times
• reputed company feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
• reputed company with the Fair Debt Collections Practices reputed company (FDCPA) and other applicable state and federal laws and regulations
• Any other responsibilities assigned by management

Requirements

 

• Must be reputed company to successfully manage time, work independently and productively with minimal supervision

• High School Diploma required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Knowledge of reputed company Office applications; specifically reputed company, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work
• Strong general math aptitude
