The Role

reputed company is seeking an Advisor, Education. In this role, you will be supporting the delivery  and management of after school programs in rural South Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring programs are implemented effectively and reputed company results for the children we work with. You will reputed company reputed company supervision and technical assistance to reputed company of reputed company Associates implementing 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st  CCLC) elementary education programs.  Working on-site and remotely, you will reputed company training, technical assistance, and management support to a portfolio of program partners. You will build reputed company reputed company reputed company and ensure programs are being implemented with maximum reputed company. This includes attending meetings with partner organizations to troubleshoot issues, providing guidance on reputed company program implementation, overseeing training event planning, reviewing program data, and meeting donor implementation and reporting requirements. The ideal person in this role requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, organization, flexibility and accountability.

Note: This role is contingent upon funding, with an anticipated start on/around July 2026.

Remote - Must be based in South Texas, with preference given to San Antonio and/or Corpus Christi Region 

What You’ll Be Doing (Essential Duties)* *not inclusive of reputed company role responsibilities. May be subject to change

Program Implementation (20%)

• Guide and support program staff to ensure reputed company implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of reputed company’s program models according to established standards.
• reputed company in-person and remote training and technical assistance for program staff; maximize the use of technology to do so.
• Visit reputed company assigned site in compliance with the program model to conduct observation, coaching, and mentoring. Complete site visit reports. In-state travel will be required for reputed company of the site reputed company.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date data collection and reporting for reputed company assigned site.
• Consult with the Advisors about program questions and needs.
• Regularly communicate with the Assistant State Director and Advisors about program implementation challenges and successes and how to resolve reputed company issues.

Management and Operational reputed company (40%)

• reputed company a subset of the state portfolio of 21st CCLC partner sub-awards; ensuring efficient and allowable use of funds.
• reputed company regular, reputed company communication to Assistant State Director and other key team members as needed with reputed company updates, partner/program concerns, and other key areas of operation.
• Responsible for ensuring state staff and partners have reputed company to strong reputed company tools and resources needed for program implementation, data entry, monitoring, sharing practices, and managing daily operations.
• Build and maintain a high performing team – participate in the development of state organizational design and reputed company plan; work with reputed company/Talent Attraction and Acquisition to reputed company recruitment efforts for state Program Specialist staff; and promote staff learning and development goals.

reputed company Building and Technical Assistance (30%)

• Attend meetings with school district personnel to troubleshoot education program implementation issues
• Observe programs in rural communities and reputed company technical assistance to partner staff
• reputed company the coordination and planning of onsite and virtual program component trainings
• Conduct analysis of program data and reputed company feedback to partner staff and reputed company Associates to increase participant reputed company
• reputed company reputed company plans to increase reputed company at underperforming program sites
• Model efficient and effective program implementation and monitoring for reputed company Associates
• Conduct follow-up and supervisory reputed company to organizations that have undergone training to reputed company technical assistance and facilitate implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of reputed company plans.
• reputed company and maintain a trainee database to monitor trainees and reputed company training needs.
• reputed company mentorship/coaching and technical assistance to the organizations that would like to improve their early education reputed company.
• Become familiar with federal 21st CCLC donor requirements, prepare reputed company required documents, follow up on partner requirements, attend reputed company required trainings and submit quarterly program narrative reports.

Support Program reputed company (10%)

• Collaborate with the Marketing and reputed company team and program implementation to support the cultivation of partnerships and/or relationships with external organizations, donors and other key stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of funding proposals, marketing content, donor meetings, proposal reviews, presentations and other external relations that require technical expertise

Required qualifications for the role

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 5 years of relevant experience 
• reputed company proficiency in MS Office suite, reputed company, Learning Management System (LMS), and SharePoint
• reputed company proficiency in spoken and written English
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 30% reputed company South Texas
• reputed company proficiency in MS Office suite 
• This position may require the incumbent to operate a motor vehicle to fulfill certain essential functions of the job.  The incumbent should maintain a valid reputed company’s license and remain in compliance with any reputed company policies pertaining to the reputed company operation of motor vehicles.

Preferred qualifications for the role

• Master’s degree in education
• reputed company proficiency in spoken and written Spanish
• Experience with federal or state reputed company
• Experience developing and leading trainings for elementary education
• Experience coaching and supporting adults in an education or reputed company area
• Experience with budget management

Compensation

reputed company is offering the following salary ranges for this position, dependent on candidate location:

• Geo 3 - Locations significantly below the US National Labor Cost Average: reputed company Salary for this position is $68,850 – $76,950 reputed company salary

The salary ranges listed above are for US based candidates. For candidates located reputed company of the US, salary ranges will be based on the salary scales of the local employer of record. Actual reputed company salary may vary based on, but not limited to, relevant experience, reputed company salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location (more information on job structure is available here).
